Member Services Associate

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, enjoys the art of writing, is an analytical thinker, and is energized by working with people. This person will share our passion for delivering outstanding customer service with the ability to walk in our customers’ shoes.  

 

As a customer-focused individual you will be expected to seek opportunities to enhance the Clear image to both existing and new customers, with the goal of increasing member loyalty and retention. This candidate will be someone with a high level of professionalism and ability to interact with our happiest customers and our customers with complaints.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Draft email communications to our existing and future members in response to their inquiries, requests, comments, and problems, as part of standard customer correspondences
  2. Assist with outbound customer (and some marketing) communications process, responses and response rates
  3. Assist Member Services team with escalated customer issues and problem resolution involving communication between customers and business partners
  4. Handle Biometric Switch process by identifying customer’s problems and implementing appropriate resolution   
  5. Tracking and documentation of problem resolution for summary reports resulting in continued improvement in service
  6. Collect recommendations from customers, airport attendants and employees to make recommendations for new features, programs and offerings

 

Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Knowledge of customer service
  3. Proficiency in computer operations utilizing Microsoft products
  4. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and within a team striving towards a common goal
  6. Analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills – ability to properly define a problem, collect data, and assist with resolution
  7. Highly methodical and organized
  8. Ability to multitask, without loss of efficiency
  9. Customer focus and proactive “can-do” attitude is a MUST

Successful candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, have effective analytical and problem solving capabilities, be an innovative thinker and comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
