DIRECTOR OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT - Clear®

RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage software development lifecycle for a multi-node distributed system.
• Maintain a robust privacy and information assurance program.
• Chair and oversee the change management process.
• Manage field maintenance organization.
• Develop and implement improvements in process and technology.

 

EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Knowledge of software development life-cycle best practices
• Substantial background in distributed computing.
• Knowledge of current information assurance best-practices, methodologies, and technologies.
• Knowledge of XML, WebServices, SQL, data protection, and network architecture technologies.
• 3+ years experience managing large software integration programs.
• 3+ years experience with privacy and security best-practices to include familiarity with NIST SP 800 series.
• 5+ years working with end-users and stakeholders to develop requirements and use-cases for sophisticated applications
• 5+ years in systems architecture and design.
• Ability to manage and develop staff
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects
