Operations Manager, Reagan National Airport
We are seeking an Operations Manager for our operations at the Ronald Reagan National Airport. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Operations, the Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for local operations, adherence to established procedures, process improvement, staff development, and customer service. In addition, the Operations Manager will serve a key role as Verified Identity Pass’ local liaison with the Transportation Security Administration, the Airport Authority, local government, and subcontractors.
To support our expansion, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager who can ensure that our nationwide operations are maintained to meet rigorous program standards. The Maintenance Manager will have responsibility for field maintenance operations, process improvement, preventative maintenance program, communications and IT infrastructure. In addition, the Maintenance Manager will play a key role as the liaison with our subcontractors and local operations managers regarding field operations and support.
