Clear Gift Card Terms and Conditions

This card is redeemable only at flyclear.com. To redeem this card you must create a Clear account, and agree to the terms and conditions of Clear Membership which can be found at flyclear.com/enrollment/enroll_membership_agreement.html. This card is not redeemable for cash. No refunds will be possible except to the Clear applicant in the unlikely event that he or she is rejected for membership or is unable to complete in-person enrollment because of failure to meet biometric or identification requirements.  All refunds will be issued by check. If the Clear member cancels his or her membership, the pro-rated refund will be returned to the Clear member.   Because our privacy policies don’t allow us to communicate with anyone except applicants or members about their status, we cannot send the gift card buyer notification or information on the gift card recipient’s refunds or Clear membership status. Clear Gift Card buyers must also agree to the Google Checkout terms of service which can be found at https://checkout.google.com/termsOfService?type=Buyer#US.
