How can I retrieve my forgotten username or password or both?

If you have forgotten either your username or password, our Forgot password? page will prompt you to answer your personal security questions. Once you correctly answer these questions, your username and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.

How do I notify Clear of a name change and get a new card?

Can I suspend my account or turn my account on and off?

No. While you may cancel your Clear membership at any time and receive a pro-rated refund, you must resubmit an application to re-apply.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your account, please call Clear support at (866) 848-2415. You will receive a refund of the unused portion of your Clear membership fee. The TSA vetting fee is not refundable. You will be refunded the remainder of your membership term beginning on the first of the following month. For example, if you cancel your membership on June 2nd, we will calculate your refund starting on July 1st. If you cancel your membership on June 20th, we will calculate your refund starting on July 1st. You will be notified within 30 days of expiration of your annual membership by email.

You can check the status of your Clear account at anytime by signing into My Account or by calling (866) 848-2415.

How can I update my profile on my Clear account?

You can make most changes to your account or application by signing into your account at www.flyclear.com/myaccount with your username and password. The following changes can be made there: mailing, billing, and email addresses, telephone number, credit card information, auto renewal settings, password, username, security questions, and telephone PIN.

For all other changes such as a name and date of birth, please contact Clear support at (866) 848-2415 and a representative will be glad to assist you.

Any changes made to your biographic information through online account management or by calling Clear support, such as change of address, email address, or phone number, will be forwarded to the TSA. TSA has requested that you update your information within 30 days of any changes taking effect.
