How can I pay for Clear?
Membership payments can be made using a credit or debit card. Your credit card will only be charged after the Transportation Security Administration approves your application and your Clear card is mailed.
Your credit card will be billed once a year. You can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of your Clear membership fee. Please note, however, that the TSA vetting fee is not refundable.

Will my membership automatically renew?
All accounts are set to renew automatically with the payment information we have on file, unless you have turned off the auto renewal feature. You can check or change your renewal preferences by signing into My Account, then clicking on 'My Profile.' Clear will never charge your credit card without notifying you first. You can also call Clear support for assistance at (866) 848-2415.

Can I buy a membership for more than one year? Are there discounts?
Clear is available for $100 plus a $28 TSA vetting fee, for a total of $128 per year. Lock in these prices by purchasing a two-year membership for $256 or a three-year membership for $384. Your Clear card will work at any US airport with a registered traveler program at no additional cost.

Can I pay monthly or on a per use basis?
There is only an annual fee that allows you unlimited use at all registered traveler airports.

Can I expense my membership and how do I get a receipt?
We encourage companies to participate but reimbursement policies vary from company to company. Find out more about Clear's program for corporations. When you enroll you will receive a receipt in a confirmation email. If you do not have this email, call Clear support at (866) 848-2415 and we will email you another one.

What is the TSA vetting fee?
This is a separate $28 fee that the federal Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will charge for vetting registered traveler applicants. Neither the TSA vetting fee nor Clear's membership fee will be charged to your account until you have been accepted into the program and your Clear card is issued. Should you cancel your Clear membership after you enroll, your Clear card will be deactivated and you will receive a pro-rated refund of your Clear membership fee; the TSA vetting fee is not refunded.
If for any reason TSA revokes your Clear membership, your card will be deactivated and you will receive a pro-rated refund of your Clear membership fee; the TSA fee is not refunded.
