Clear® Opens Enrollment Center At Midtown Manhattan Location
NEW YORK, NY – Clear® Registered Traveler announced today that in response to demand from area businesses, Clear will deploy an enrollment kiosk in the Hyatt New York at Grand Central Terminal. The enrollment location will be open daily beginning Monday, February 19 from 11am-7pm and will be staffed by Clear attendants. It will be located in the lobby next to the concierge desk.
Clear allows business travelers and other frequent fliers to pay a fee ($99.95) to be pre-screened by the TSA and receive a biometric identity card that provides them with expedited passage through airport security checkpoints.
Holly Ivy, VP Client Solutions Group, of Ovation Travel said, "We're delighted that Clear has come to a convenient midtown location and we'll continue to encourage our corporate clients to enroll their travelers in this time saving, fast pass program."
"This is what Clear is all about. We're making our customers lives easier, so bringing enrollment out of the airport to a central location is one more step toward stress-free travel," said Bates Gregory, Clear's Director of Corporate Development.
"Since we opened at JFK only last month, we've seen tremendous interest from New York-area corporations and will begin to work with some of them to bring our enrollment kiosks directly to their offices."
Those wishing to enroll at the Hyatt location are asked to begin the enrollment process at www.flyclear.com before visiting the Clear enrollment center. To complete the process, applicants must bring two pieces of government-issued ID (passport and driver's license are strongly recommended) to the Hyatt.
